What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update that was on 10/7?
What is this 403 problem?
What browser are you using?

Concerning the service, etc., it doesn't matter in the present case. I did all the procedures just to prove that I wouldn't solve the problem that is not just mine but that of many people. As for the 403, I cannot change the settings like DNS and etc on the Internet Setup page. Everyone out there knows that! I'm PC smart and I know all the procedures to test and get modem, router and so on.

Ok then. Well seems like since you seem to be "PC smart" then you'll need to contact NG support and let them know what your experiencing since we can't seem to help you out.

Does that mean that something prevents you from following the instructions in the manual in the section Manually Set Up the Internet Connection?
The relevant bit is on page 21. Select a Domain Name Server (DNS) Address radio button.

The only way to prove that is to provide the requested information. Without that we are all whistling in the wind.
What about the question?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update that was on 10/7?
Again, ignoring questions and suggestions makes it hard to believe that you really want to fix a problem.

I've done everything possible to solve the problem, but as I've written several times and you guys seem to ignore what I'm writing. I will repeat! I updated with many software and each one has a different bug and only one update will solve bug 403 from 1.0.0.52. Carefully read what I've already written and you'll find out what I'm writing. Comcast 100, Zoom 5345 modem, and its "wonderful" Netgear r6080. Lenovo PC s30 with ssd driver and Windows 10 updated. Is it now that you need to reach the conclusion that only new software will solve the matter?
