    Hi Corwin9s,

     

    1. Have you tried doing a factory reset on the router?

    2. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?

    3. Have you tried changing the wireless channel for either bands?

    4. Are your wired devices affected?

Hello. I rebooted but still ko.
I did all you said except hard reset: still ko.

Wi-Fi is ko, cable connexion is ok.

Next try: hard reset. How to do this? How to keep access?
