R6100
ok im having trouble getting remote access to work on my genie. ive seen the theres a login where is says remote access but doent come out on my genie(pc) and on my app version when itry turning it on it says not supported. what am i doing wrong? where do istart to fix this problem? thank you in advance

The R6100 does not support the Remote Login feature for Genie. You may refer to the list of supported devices using the link below. It is on the top right hand side.
