r6120 -firmware update?
so the last week or so my internet has been pretty terrible. Mainly it seems to drop devices off, i often get messages saying that I'm not connected to the internet, or the wheel just keeps spinning ...

Theres a reasonable chance its the coax line from the isp. As I said, your power levels aren't bad but you have errors in the data. Plus the logs show errors with the isp.
You can always check your coax and remove any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers. Check the link for kinks, damage, poor/cheap/corroded/bad connectors. Replace them if there are.
Then to covera ll the bases, you could factory reset and modem and the router and start fresh.

Hi,
Thanks for all the help. That sounds reasonable.
My isp isn't great normally, so I'm happy to blame them instead of my equipment. I have one length of cable that may not be so great, so I will replace that and cross my fingers.
