R6120-Devices showing as Unknown

Question. Im deal with the nighthawk app showing everything as “unknown” for the device name. I had to reset everything recently on the router and that is when it started messing up. Now I have no option to change the name in the app, or going to RouterLogin.

-The firmware is up to date.
-The app is up to date.

Any suggestions?

    What is the firmware version of the R6120?

    Have you tried using another device (iOS or Android) with the Nighthawk app?

    Do you have any other NETGEAR device (modem/modem-router) in the network?
