If this is a new router an it behaved like that our of the box, then it is a dud and should go back to whoever sold it to you.

TFTP is not the simplest of tasks. It might help to follow one f the various videos out there.
Timing is the essence.

The window you show seems to be Windows Explorer.
You need to work out how to get the CMD prompt.
