R6200v2 changing channels on 5GHZ

How do I change the chanel for the 5 GHZ band, when it came with "auto" set as the default?

Never use auto selection. clikc on it change it to higher channels like 149, 153. And band width 4o Mhz.

I change the channels and it changed the 5G signal for my FireStick from -72 to -61, I did not find any channel where I could get -40 dBm.

These are the results when I ran WIFI Analytcs.

Can you tell me why the Netgear 30-5G signal is -46, but the Firestick is -61, the Firestick is 8 ft. from the router?

With the router TX power is constant, recweiving devices RX sensitivity, distnce and antenna(external, internai) matters.
