R6210 login error on Android

Question

I received an email&nbsp; to update the firmware for NetGear Nighthawk. I've tried multiple times rebooting the router, doing a factory reset and using the word"password" for the password and uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone but nothing is working. I still can't login to the app on my phone. Any ideas?&nbsp;
