Hi Ronald-Lisa-201,
It is possibly a network environment issue if your location has a lot wireless networks that may interfere with the signal. You can still try to re-flash the firmware then reset and reconfigure the router as an isolation step. You can check the links below for the steps.

Hi Ronald-Lisa-201,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Are all devices affected (wired and wireless)?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?
4. Have you tried changing the wireless channel (if issue is wireless only)?
5. Is the connection straight from the modem stable?

Thanks for your reply,
I am having the issues with the wireless, the plugged desk top has no disconnects.
I did reset the router with the tech via support call
the connections a re all good
how do i change the wireless channel ?

I have tried those items thanks, here is whats still happens. it will connect then drop over and over then it will connect and stay for longer periods ??
