R6220 disconnects

My router keeps disconnecting and the site speed is very low. The site speed download is 20 and upload is 3. When I first bought it the speed it was very high and now it is coming low. I would appreciate it if someone can help fix this issue.

    We need more info. 

    1. What modem/gateway do you have? 

    2. What speeds do you get directly connected to the modem?

    3. What speeds do you get hardwired into the router? 

    4. are those speeds wireless? Wired? 

    5. What firmware is on the router? 

    6. Did anything change (other than speeds)?
