R6220 Firmware update did not take
I have an R6220 with firmware V1.0.0.17_1.0.1. Received a message from Netgear to update to 1.1.0.31. I followed the procedure, but when the router was back up it is still showing the original firm...

I suggest manually updating the firmware then perform a reset and reconfiguration. You may refer to the links below for the steps:

The same for me. I am running an iMac with yosemite hard wired into the R6220. I've attempted to load the firmware 3 times and it stays at the old V1.0.0.17_1.0.1 level.
