R6220 firmware update problem

Hello. I have several netgear R6220 firmware. All of them had V1.1.0.50 firmware version and recently VPN Service stopped working on them due certificate expiration

I've updated the firmware, but VPN page is struggling.  

It says "The OpenVPN configuration package is generating.Wait while the package generates."

I tried different firmwares higher than V1.1.0.50   (from V1.1.0.60 to V1.1.0.114)

and all of them have the same issue. Tried to reboot devices etc.
