- Dec 28, 2017I spoke to level 2 tech support. We attempted to reset the router as you had said. According to the tech and the responses the router gave us, there is something wrong with the hardware in the router. I will be exchanging it.

Obviously (I'd say), unless a guest network is involved, all the
devices on the LAN, wired or wireless, should be able to communicate
with each other. (All the IP addresses show the same subnet, I assume.)
If that's not working as expected, then the router's settings may be
scrambled, and it may be time to employ the panacea: full ("factory")
reset and (manual) reconfiguration. In principle, you could save the
settings before, and restore them after, the reset, but if the settings
are scrambled, then restoring saved (scrambled) settings might simply
restore the bad behavior. (You could get lucky, of course.)
