Sounds like the router is not booting up and may be bad frimware or possible hardware would go the frimware as my best bet.
Have you reset the router by chance?

Since no wifi is being brodcast, I cannot update the firmware through any means that I'm aware of.
Yes, I have tried to reset the router using multiple methods including the Reset button and Power button.

Do you have a laptop or desk top computer with a wired lan port you could connect a lan cable between the router on a free lan port the the lan on the computer to access the router if the lan ports are working.

Yes I do. The router is currently hooked to my laptop via an ethernet cable to the Lan 1 port on the router.

If the lan ports are working you will have to have to use tffp program to reflash the router will find the link to it and post for you you will need a fresh copy of the firmware to reflash on to the router.
