What actually happens? What symptoms do you see?
The Device is an Idec FC6A PHI PLC Controller. Works fine with Router at home but not this one.
Have you asked whoever made that for help?
The only difference the gateway ip here at the Office is 10.0.0.1The Router at Home is 192.168.1.1
What firmware version do you have on the R6220?
A number is more useful than "the latest". It may not be by the time people read this. There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
By the way, your R6220, a basic router from some time back, has nowhere near the capabilities of the Nighthawk with WiFi 6 (AX) and WiFi 6E (AXE) Routers devices covered in this section.
