R6250 Anywhere Access Capable?

I have an R6250(v1) that I moved to my Mother-In-Laws house that I expected to be able to remotely manage with the NightHawk App once I configured it. While I was there recently I was able to manage the router with the NightHawk App but when I went to go setup Remote Management in the App, under settings the only two options were Router Settings and Wifi Settings. Remote Management wasn't even an available option.
I looked thoroughly through the app to see if I could find it in a different section and I could not. I also searched many ways to see if the R6250 was even supported for remote management from the NightHawk App and could not find an answer either way.
Does anybody know if the router can support the Remote Management feature via the app? If so, what are the steps I need to do to get it to work?
Does Netgear have an official chart somewhere that shows which routers are supported for the NightHawk app remote management feature? It's been very helpful with my elderly family members for trouble shooting when they tell me they cannot get online.

Netgear has changed how things work since the R6250 came out back in 2014.
Remote Management is dead.

You now have to set up something called Anywhere Access.
This is done with the mobile app not through the browser graphical user interface (GUI).
