R6250 browser interface
In my home I have an Arris S33 modem, a Trendnet teg-s24g gigabit switch, and a Netgear R6250 Router. https://www.surfboard.com/products/cable-modems/s33/ https://www.trendnet.com/products/produ...

I never resolved the issue. My cable provider sent out a tech, that didn't help. Reset the router more than once, power-cycled all the gear, triggered multiple hardware resets. Nothing helped. I ended up purchasing a new router rather than continuing to fight this issue.
Thanks for the assist folks.

The URL routerlogin.net automatically redirects to HTTPS. I cannot influence that.
Entering 192.168.1.1 into Chrome or Firefox, there is no HTTPS being referenced. Firefox returns this:
The connection has timed out
The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

With the router disconnected from the ISP modem, press the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release. After the router comes to partial ready, can you access 192.168.1.1 with a wired PC and web browser here?

Steps that I took are as follows:
1 – removed cat 6 cable from back of router
2 – powered off router and waited a bit. Powered router back on.
3 – pressed reset with a paperclip for 10 seconds
4 – reconnected cat 6 cable
5 – submitted http://192.168.1.1/ to Firefox via my desktop which uses a wired connection to my home network. Same results as before.

Try

This is so that the PC see that there is a router connected and can configure its own network connection accordingly.
This is the usual network reboot cycle:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
This bit is a bit odd in the first message:
I can browse to https://192.168.0.1/Login.html and log in to my Arris modem. Browsing to 192.168.1.1 I get an error "This site can’t be reached."
I wouldn't expect to be able to get at both of those from a PC connected to modem and router.

ok, I will follow the steps you describe and check in with you a bit later. It sounds like the point you made at the end of your response is that I'm attempting to do something that is not possible? I can log in to the modem's interface, and was hoping to log in to the router as well, but I think you are stating that this is not possible. Confirm that please?
What is unfortunate is that when I started all of this, the issue was that my phone and television would not connect to the Wi-Fi. I contacted support for Vyve, my ISP, and somehow a reset that she performed remotely resulted in my being able to connect to Wi-Fi. But with that working, I then tried to follow the above instructions and that knocked down my Wi-Fi connection again. I reached the support tech again yesterday afternoon and her efforts to reset the modem were not successful in terms of getting the router to play nice again.
So at this point I have a service call scheduled for Tuesday, and I'm hoping that if possible, powering everything down (per your direction) will at least get Wi-Fi to talk again.
