r6250 will not open login screen on pcs or in genie.
I changed my ip address to static ip for my network and now I cannot access login screen to change the setting in router, I reset tried generic password nothing it times out. I have win 10 tried finding info on this but to many feeds it was confusitng.

Hi goldiesllc,
Here are a few steps that you can try:
1. Set your computer back to DHCP and not static IP.
2. Try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE).
3. You should be able to access the router UI if you have successfully reset the router. The link below may help you.
