R6250 Will Not Stream Netflix

I have had no problem with my wired or wireless network over the past year but a week ago I have been having issues streaming from netflix.  This is only an issue when I connect through the router (wired or wireless).  When I use an eathernet cable straight from the cable modem I am not having a probblem.  I have been using the site fast.com to check speeds and when I connect directly from the modem the speed is around 80 mbps and when I connect through the router I get speeds of 5 kbps (YES KBPS NOT MBPS).  I have reset the router many times and have used several devices (PC, phone, PS3, Fire Stick) and all have the same issues.  I have also made sure that the site is not blocked by logging onto the router and going to Advanced --> Security --> Block Sites. 

Is there anything else I can try?
