Why can't I pause internet for any device??

    Hi Klthoma86,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Are you referring to the "Pause Internet" feature on the Genie app?

    3. Are you using Android or iOS?

    4. Have you tried using another device (Android or iOS)?
