R6300 v2 5GHz dropping

So this may apply to other routers in this family like the R7000, etc.

It sems the last couple versions of latest firmware have been causing intermittent drops using 5GHz. 2.4 GHz & Wired is not affected.

Why is this happening?

If you search via Google / NG Fourms you find this across many models.

Potential Solution below

I turned off IPv6 & now my 5GHz connection is stable. YMMV
