What, exactly, does "hard reset" mean to you? Visit
http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for
Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "reset". Did you
cycle the power, or reset the settings, or what?> Modem is a Motorola Surfboard SBG66580
That's a "gateway" (modem+router), not a simple modem. Before you
started "resetting" all these devices, was the SBG66580 configured as a
modem-only ("bridge mode), or was the R6300v2 configured as a wireless
access point? (Or were you cascading multiple routers, which is
generally a poor idea?)Are all your devices connected wirelessly? Have you tried connecting
anything directly to the SBG66580?> I can log in to my admin [...]
And what do you see when you do that? Any basic information might be
useful (compared with what we've seen so far). ADVANCED > ADVANCED

- pellwayJan 06, 2020AspirantThanks for your help. I contacted my ISP and confirmed it was set up as a basic modem and WiFi function disabled, so my Netgear router can function as normal, not an AP.
My ISP also reset my modem and then I did another hard reset to the router, then again to both modem and router. After that, my other devices were able to get connected. So I’m back to normal again, at least for the time being. Thanks again for the advice and support!
