R6350 home page says no internet but it is connected
I've been having a strange almost non-issue with my router, my internet connection is fine, IPV6 tests show it's all good, but the router's home page says there is no internet. Logs show it's connect...

what modem/gateway are you connected to?
A double nat is the most common reason for that issue.

I'm using a CM1000v2 as a modem. I do have an old R6300v2 set in access point mode to obtain IPs from the R6350 but I'd assume NAT is disabled on it in that mode, disconnecting it has made no difference to the issue.

I've never seen that specific issue with one directly connected to a modem and with everything working fine. Interesting. And it even shows up with the 2nd router disconnected.
and you've tried most of the troubleshooting steps I'd use.
Is it causing any issues?

and what firmware is currently installed?
- ghostarooFeb 23, 2025AspirantSorry, I had a theory to chase that ended up being right in the end. I had another issue I thought I had solved pop up again (disconnects just long enough to kick me from a game that pop up every half hour-hour), which I originally thought was a fixed DHCP issue caused by a wonky switch. Ruling out DHCP left me with nothing but my modem's t3 timeouts to go off of, and it turns out swapping the modem with a new model fixed the "No Internet" issue entirely, not so sure of the disconnects yet but it's looking good. Odd thing to show there's no internet though, especially when the logs say there is, but it did know something was not right.
