    Hi k8,

     

    1. Are your wired devices getting a valid IP from the router?

    2. Can your wired devices ping a website?

    3. Have you tried resetting the router?

   What is "my laptop"?  What kind of "does not connect" is this?  are
you getting any actual error message from any known program (Web
browser?  Which?)?
