    Hi k8,

     

    1. Are your wired devices getting a valid IP from the router?

    2. Can your wired devices ping a website?

    3. Have you tried resetting the router?

    Turns out the answer was to uninstall and reinstall the ethernet drive on my laptop.  Nothing to do with the router.  Thanks!
