R6400 does not update time and date since R6400 Firmware Version 1.0.1.62

Updated firmware recently on my R6400 to Firmware Version 1.0.1.62.  Noticed my wifi schedule was off (unexpected shut down) and logged into the router to find the date and time was way off.  Chaning the time zones did not restore the date or the time.  It was off by years and months and hours.

Reverted back to previous Firmware Version 1.0.1.52, and changing the time zone then prompted the router to update the time and date exactly correct.

Is this a bug with the new firmware?
