R6400 drops connection then can't remember its password to reconnect
I just started having an issue with my iPhone and iPad dropping off network then receive a password not valid error. I went to the automated helper and found there's been a firmware update. I then went to the nighthawk app followed instructions to update firmware, and receive a "firmware check error" I have been trying to fix this for 4 hours with no luck. Is there something I missed or is there another isssue?
Please advise Thank you
Anne Marie
