R6400 Lost Wifi
My NETGEAR R6400 has an orange light 2nd to the left of the router (left side) and an orange light on the number 3. I am able to see the network on my settings but it will say "connected without internet ".
I tried rebooting, removing power cord on both router and modem, turning on/off, nighthawk app, etc and STILL won't connect to internet.
Help please.

1. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. whats connected to port 3? Usually if thats amber and not white, its indicating its only connecting at 10/100mbps and not gigabit

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
