R6400 not detecting HDD

Since updating the firmware of my R6400 to V1.0.1.76_1.0.48 ReadyShare no longer detects my harddrive or usb drive. It has been working for years, and all of a sudden after the update it no longer works. I am using a 4TB Western Digital My Book. I tried restarting and did a factor reset, but still nothing. Does anyone have this issue?

    You could downgrade the firmware. 

    If you've already tried the factory reset option, that'd be the next step I'd try.

      I agree, downgrade the firmware and turn off the automatic update of the firmware.
