R6400 password recovery answers to security questions format

My record of security questions answers do not work. How do I get past that step?

    Hi Bob81,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    If you are trying to regain access to the router UI and unable to get past the security questions, then the only available option is to factory reset the router.
