R6400 Power LED Stays Amber Then Flashes Randomly
I came home from a week-long vacation to find that my Wi-Fi was not working. Upon further inspection, my R6400 was spontaneously flashing it's various LEDs. When I rebooted it it appeared to boot like normal, but the power LED stayed amber, and all the ethernet + WAN port LEDs stayed amber. After about a minute the power LED went off and the ethernet ports and USB ports flashed very quickly as follows: usb1 = white, usb2 = white, eth1 = orange, eth2 = white eth3=white eth4 = orange.
I tried a 30/30/30 reset, I tried nmrpflash, I tried TFTP, and I tried holding the reset button for 90 seconds like another form suggested. Nothing worked!
Does anyone know what the problem could be? If it's a hardware-related issue could it be something easy to fix like a dead capacitor or burnt traces? Is it something wrong with the power adapter?
Cheers,
Ethan

- microchip8MasterDid you have auto firmware updates enabled? If so, that might have bricked it. Strongly recommended to turn it off if you get the router working.

No, unfortunately this router hasn't gotten a firmware update since 2022, so it most-likely was not bricked by that. Plus, if that was the case, nmrpflash would have worked as it has for everyone else with that problem.
