R6400 trying for two months to buy extended warranty without success.

Bought the router new and registered it on Dec 27, 2020 and in Jan 2021 recieved an email to purchase "pro support extended warranty". Been trying for 2 months with no success, site says "unavailable for this model". Not a good sales or customer retension strategy. Been using Netgear over 17 years, first router was 108 mbs and never had problems with any of their products, but in light of the less than stellar desire to provide what they recomended I will start looking at alternatives.
