Hi, having the same issue with my R6400 V2, did you end-up finding a solution to your wifi disconnection issue ?
I somewhat found a solution.
I found there were a lot of wireless networks in my area (using some free wifi-detecting apps), so I manually set my wireless channel to one with the least interference from nearby networks.
This helped substantially -- I would go maybe 2 or 3 weeks without needing to reboot my router.
Not perfect, but a big help.
I've since moved to an area with much less interference, and have not had to reboot it at all.
I'm not sure why rebooting would be the solution to interference -- but it seemed like general interference was the culprit.
