r6400 wireless off

For some reason my wireless stopped working and I can't figure out why.  I've looked through the forum and tried some of the suggestions but nothing is working.

When I login to the router and get to the genie, the home page shows that "wireless is off".  When I click on that button to check settings, it show that "Enable Wireless Router Radio" is not checked on both the 2.4 and 5 ghz devices.  I tried checking them on...it thinks for quite a while and then comes back to the same screen with neither of the radio check marks checked again.

I rebooted.

I turned router on and off again.

I reset.

What else should I do?
