R6400v2 - Very poor 5ghz wifi signal

I have terrible signal on 5ghz wifi on my r6400v2 router. I'm standing 3m from router and signal strenght You can see on attached screen. Mobile devices are switching wifi internet to mobile data because of week signal. I bought this router to use mostly 5ghz wifi but its impossible. Changing FW didnt change antything, also parameters, channels etc. Changing antennas positions didnt change signal also. There are no other 5ghz wifi in my home.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
