R6400v2 is shown as offline in Readycloud

I finally got my Samsung 2TB T7 Shield SSD to show up in Readyshare and then I registered through ReadyCloud and my router is shown on the ReadyCloud "dashboard" but it says my router is offline and the usb drive is not shown.

I downloaded the Readycloud app for my pc and it also shows my router as offline.

I factory reset my router and then I wasn't able to register my router to Readycloud through Readyshare anymore, but I could still log on to Readycloud and see my router as offline...

I am losing faith,  maybe my router is too old?
