R6400v2: Multicast IPTV & Internet?
Hi All, I have been using Netgear R6400 and not using a modem provided by my ISP. When Enable VLAN/Bridge and I can see IPTV in my Tivi but my Tivi can't connect to Internet. If Disable VLAN...

When I asked about the "modem" you first provided a picture with a modem and then a picture of a media converter. This confused me.
The reason for asking about the front end, the modem/router, is that this can also be a router which will complicate setting it up.

That you are using some sort of optical converter on your network – something you didn't include at the start – means that you have a system that doesn't fall into the usual categories.
The R6400v2 is a pretty basic, and slightly ancient (based on a model from 2015) router. (The clue is in the title of this section, SMART Wi-Fi, General and Legacy Routers.) Who knows if it can handle your network, which still baffles me?
I'm afraid you'll have to hope that someone else here can interpret your setup.
You don't say, but I assume that you have read the manual for your router.
