R6700v3 router reboot when downloading large files with Wifi

Hi guys,

I need some help, i have a problem with my router R6700v3 when I am connected in Wifi and I want to download large files like games or videos, my router restarts which makes lose the connection for about 1m30 to all other devices that are connected to it.

The problem only arises when I want to download in Wifi, when wired no problem.

I already try to :

- Reboot the router and power cycle

- Hard reset the router.

- Manually reinstall the latest firmware

- Increase MTU size from 1500 to 1400

- Downgrade the firmware

The problem with the wifi happen with my smartphone, laptop, smart tv.

Here is the current firmware of my router : V1.0.4.128_10.0.104

    If there is one it might help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

    I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
