The R6850 doesn't have a wireless extender function.
It can act as a bridge (which doesn't rebroadcast) or as an access point (and needs to be hardwired in).
What are you trying to do with it?

1. There is no chance of connecting ethernet cable between my main BSNL Modem with this Netgear R6580 ROUTER.
2. I want my USB printer of Samsung SCB 4521F to be operated wirelessly.
My BSNL Netlink modem is at one room, my printer is at another room, there no possibility of connecting internally with CAT6 Cable.

You can set it up in bridge mode.
And that printer has an ethernet port on it. I'd connect it via ethernet versus usb
