R7960 as a bridge

My setup:

C6900 as a modem/router/gateway

R7960P as an AP

R6400 as an AP

The 7960 is using a powerline adaptor for connection to the router. Performance/thruput is lacking. It is serving a TV and latency is over 300ms. Suspect there is horrible errors/jitter. I want to change this to a wireless bridge.

I am using the settings under the "advanced" menu. It will not connect to the gateway. no log messageson the gateway, so I don't know why.

Does anyone have a clue why this doesn't work? Does the C6900 support this function?

       Firmware version?  Connected to what?

Your "a TV" has an Ethernet port?

Not much meat on that bone.

I don't think that it's really a special function.  To the main
router, I'd expect the router-as-bridge to look pretty much like any
other wireless client device.  If all the radios are known to work, then
I'd wonder about the firmware in the router-as-bridge.  I don't have an
    R7960P, so I can't check anything here.
