TX for the reply, i'm within 90 days of support from netgear so i called. They checked my settings and indicated it to be an ISP problem. My logs are stating 'dos attack syn/ack xx.xx.xx.xx ip address' As mentioned those are legit ip's of services i use. So with some 'enhanced monitoring' enabled by my ISP they noticed dropped connections and have since sent out a tech. He found something outside the house that thinks could be causing an issue, fixed and now its a wait and see.
If this does resolved for sure i'll repost and i hope this helps anyone else searching out 'netgear router / dos attacks from legit ip's'

Welcome to the community, @gy1
Will the connection drop if the computer is directly connected to the modem?
It's best to properly isolate as to whether which device is causing the problem.
Some users have reported that getting a new IP from the ISP solves their issue on dos attacks.
