RangeMax N150 Wireless Router
I purchased this from Groupon Goods 5 years ago as a refurbished router. It came with the serial number obliterated. If I'm reading the device correctly, the model number may be WPN824N.
My previous router finally died, so I am trying to replace it with the subject router. The last time I installed a router (LinkSys) was over 10 years ago, but I remember a long configuration process as part of the installation, including security settings.
I plugged this NETGEAR router in and it just started working. It didn't ask for any security codes, any password protections, nothing.
I'm running Windows 10 on two laptops for this network.
How do I create a secure connection to the Internet for this router? Are there additional drivers or software I need to download? If so, from where?
Have I provided enough information? If not, I apologize and will expand if you can tell me what else you need to answer my questions.

Unlikely.Thank you very much for your help. Was able to configure a secure network after surmounting the typical hurdles computational devices seem to enjoy placing in front of me.
