RAX80 Nighthawk AX8 unable to setup QOS Priority Rules

I have two Play Fi Speakers. I have set them up on the same network but the router is choosing to put one on 5 ghz and the other on 2.5 Ghz. Per Netgear, I should be able to go to:

• Click ADVANCED > Setup > QoS setup.
• Click Setup QoS rule > Add Priority Rule

The issue is that there isn't a Setup QoS rule > Add Priority Rule so I can't manually adjust any one device to the faster or slower network. Turning off QOS doesn't help either.

This causes one speaker to play ever so slightly behind the other. It is annoying! Netgear doesn't offer any free help for this, and I have read pages of their own resouces without any luck.
