Our Wi-Fi was not working one morning. I could not log into my circle app on my IPhone - it had a sad smiley. I had never seen that before. We shut down Orbi router and restarted. WiFi was up but Circle still had a sad face. When I try to set up circle again, I am told that my router is Circle is compatible. The next screen has a smiley face and an enable circle button at the bottom. When I hit this button it reloads the same ‘enable circle’ page again and again. I have logged into my router and parental controls are still on. My phone is connected to the Orbi network. I need to access the filter and time limits that I had established for my children. Why did Circle suddenly stop working and how do I set it up again?
