RBK43 keeps saying Offline

Router and satellites were working fine until I had to cancel my ISP and reactivate my ISP under a new account. Now, my router constantly says offline even. Internet works. Even PC wired directly to the router works. Just no WiFi. Even did a factory reset and set up as new. Still not working. Tried updating firmware from 2.3.5.30 to 2.3.5.32 or whatever via the app but the update never seems to take. Firmware version stays 2.3.5.30. Even tried new Ethernet cables. No work. Help please!
