RBR10 firmware update won’t work
Hi I’ve been trying to get my router system to the latest firmware for a while every-time I try I get an error how to I fix this so it can be up to date I’ve tried rebooting the router multiple times...
Have you tried manually updating the router?

I highly recommend this over doing an update using the app. I'd recommend against updating in the app. When we see corrupt firmware issues it tends to be people who've done it through the app or over wifi.
