RBR10 has internet access, but connected devices do not

I have an RBR10 with 2 satellites, firmware V2.3.6.18, app 2.6.3.1.
The RBR started acting up this afternoon with low bandwidth. I rebooted the RBR as well as the cable router. The RBR comes up and I can connect to it with the app and devices,. It shows very good upload and down load speeds and all my devices show connected. But the connected devices are not getting Internet access. I have tried the main wireless SSID as well as guest. The devices are pulling IP address that look correct.  I have tried reboot and bouncing everything I can thnink of and have looked for formware updates, but the app is saying I am up to date. Any ideas?

    First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. The latest firmware for RBR10 is 2.6.1.44. Please login to the Orbi's admin page by using a computer and open a web browser. Go to www.orbilogin.net or the IP address of the router. Once login, go to the Advanced Tab> Administration> Router Update> Click on the Check button so it will update the firmwares of the router and satellite automatically.
