RBR20 circle not working after latest firmware

Hi everything was working fine until I installed the latest firmware to Orbi and now noone can connect if they have a device in a profile other than unrestricted. I cannot open or access circle it's as though it's been wiped out. Previously unrestricted devices seem fine. Everyone is going crazy in my house and it's been several days already. The guidance on trying to reconnect to circle on the Orbi has so far been useless. Please help! Thanks
