RBR20 connected but not downloading
Modem is working fine.
Orbit app: Internet Speed test shows fast up/down speeds. Internet is listed as "offline". Network Map: Router is pink, Satellite is green.
Rokus can connect to wifi and are working fine, but phones, tablets, & PCs can connect to the wifi network but cannot access the web.
any suggestions?
What firmware are you on?
have you tried a simple factory reset/reinstall?
