RBR20 Orbi iPhone app. now defaults to "Connected Via Anywhere"

I am running the Orbi app. vers. 2.9.0.13 on my iPhone 12 (iOS 14.4.2).  Ever since the last update or so, whenever I launch the Orbi app. on my own home network, it loads slowly because it is automatically defaulting to the "Connected Via Anywhere" option instead of being connected locally.  I have to keep going in and manually changing it to "Connected Locally" every time I launch the app. because it's not remembering my choice.  Anyone else having this issue?  (see attached image as well).  Thanks!
